Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional administrative or customer service training preferred
- proven experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure
- proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email systems)
- compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors and their families
- ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, maintaining security protocols
- assist residents with scheduling appointments and providing information about community services
- maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner
- coordinate deliveries, mail, and packages efficiently
- support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- respond to resident needs and escalate concerns to appropriate staff as necessary
