Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional administrative or customer service training preferred
  • proven experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure
  • proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email systems)
  • compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors and their families
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
  • answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, maintaining security protocols
  • assist residents with scheduling appointments and providing information about community services
  • maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner
  • coordinate deliveries, mail, and packages efficiently
  • support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • respond to resident needs and escalate concerns to appropriate staff as necessary
