Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or dealership experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Provide customers with company information such as store hours and location
- Input customer data into customer management system
- Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner
- Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow
- Other duties assigned by management
