Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or guest service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work the specified part-time schedule including weekdays and alternating Saturdays
  • Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • Passion for providing outstanding guest service
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence to various departments
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Offer guests refreshments and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
