Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
- Effective telephone communication skills
- Ability to manage conference room logistics
- Knowledge of security policies
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work part-time Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception role within hospitality or corporate environments
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
Job Duties
- Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact during interactions
- Addresses guests and clients by name whenever possible
- Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner, takes messages with accuracy and refers questions appropriately
- Handles on-floor conference room activities including reservations, monitoring meeting times, attendees, and orders
- Implements established security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
- Acts as a hospitality services resource by providing way-finding and information about amenities
- Handles car service requests for visitors and staff members
- Communicates requests to internal support departments such as maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
- Performs other duties as assigned
