Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Ability to manage conference room logistics
  • Knowledge of security policies
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work part-time Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception role within hospitality or corporate environments
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment

Job Duties

  • Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact during interactions
  • Addresses guests and clients by name whenever possible
  • Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner, takes messages with accuracy and refers questions appropriately
  • Handles on-floor conference room activities including reservations, monitoring meeting times, attendees, and orders
  • Implements established security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
  • Acts as a hospitality services resource by providing way-finding and information about amenities
  • Handles car service requests for visitors and staff members
  • Communicates requests to internal support departments such as maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
  • Performs other duties as assigned
