- Previous business office experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Proficient in office administration and telephone etiquette
- Strong typing skills

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and answer incoming calls, following facility policies
- Provide essential typing, clerical, and administrative support to management team
- Efficiently manage telephone inquiries, transferring calls or paging as needed
- Maintain accurate resident census reports, tracking changes diligently
- Assist with various additional duties, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork
