Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
two years experience on a multi-line telephone, switchboard, preferably in a healthcare setting
valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
successful completion of BLS and First Aid Training within 30 days of employment
successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

Greet and assist all visitors
answer multi-line telephones
maintain the facility census book
document incoming deliveries
provide clerical support as requested
ensure a welcoming atmosphere for patients and families
coordinate communication between departments

Experience

Mid Level (3-7 years)
