Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness to submit to drug test and background check
  • Ability to work Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome prospective buyers to the model home with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide initial information about the model home, available floor plans, community features, and amenities
  • Answer general questions and direct visitors to appropriate resources or the sales team
  • Ensure the model home is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with marketing materials at all times
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel
  • Collect visitor information and feedback, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the visitor log or CRM system
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for interested buyers with the sales team
  • Assist with hosting special events or open houses, as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings
  • Ensure adherence to all company and community guidelines during interactions with customers
