Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or related field preferred
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to submit to drug test and background check
Ability to work Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a related field is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

Greet and welcome prospective buyers to the model home with a warm and professional demeanor
Provide initial information about the model home, available floor plans, community features, and amenities
Answer general questions and direct visitors to appropriate resources or the sales team
Ensure the model home is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with marketing materials at all times
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel
Collect visitor information and feedback, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the visitor log or CRM system
Schedule follow-up appointments for interested buyers with the sales team
Assist with hosting special events or open houses, as needed
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings
Ensure adherence to all company and community guidelines during interactions with customers
