Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greeting members and visitors with a smile and helpful attitude
- Keeping the front desk organized, secure, and professional
- Managing phone calls, check-ins, and visitor logs
- Helping families with applications and membership questions
- Supporting event communications and daily operations
- Handling basic administrative tasks and daily deposits
- Ensuring the lobby is stocked, tidy, and welcoming
