Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- strong organizational skills
- flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
- physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- punctuality and reliability

- Knowledge and experience operating a telephone system
- awareness of office procedures and protocols

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- facilitate the client sign-in process within the companys visitor notification system
- notify Panavision staff of visitor arrival and direct clients to the appropriate location within the facility to conduct their business needs
- operate/answer multi-line phone system, managing incoming calls, direct and transfer calls as necessary, while keeping clients informed
- liaise with the security team to ensure that no one has access into the facility without authorization and/or appointment
- act as the central point of communication for the front desk, ensuring communication and work instructions are being managed over the 24-hour operation
- manage, administer, and maintain the access control logs, ensuring that authorized personnel only are granted access into the facility after hours
- accept deliveries and ensure the appropriate employees receive them
- maintain an organized and clean reception area
- support executive admin as needed with any calendaring or overflow work
- support the sales team with light administrative office work, data entry, note taking, presentations
- additional duties as assigned
