Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- availability to work Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 5 pm
- ability to work in Downtown Palo Alto, CA
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Mac and Google workspaces
- ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues
- attention to detail
- organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- previous experience in real estate a plus
- great listening skills
- connects well with others
- empathetic of the customer’s pain points
- technologically savvy
- experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
- strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- highly organized
- ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
Job Duties
- serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests and providing front desk coverage
- answer phones and transfer calls
- assist with printer support
- book conference rooms
- restock supplies and pantry
- maintain office organization and standards
- provide general administrative support as needed
