Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • availability to work Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 5 pm
  • ability to work in Downtown Palo Alto, CA
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with Mac and Google workspaces
  • ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues
  • attention to detail
  • organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • previous experience in real estate a plus
  • great listening skills
  • connects well with others
  • empathetic of the customer’s pain points
  • technologically savvy
  • experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
  • strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • highly organized
  • ability to work in the office during standard operating hours

Job Duties

  • serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests and providing front desk coverage
  • answer phones and transfer calls
  • assist with printer support
  • book conference rooms
  • restock supplies and pantry
  • maintain office organization and standards
  • provide general administrative support as needed
