Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of administrative or clerical experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks

- ability to work on a full-time schedule Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate associates
- distributing mail
- requisition of supplies
- answering telephones and directing callers
- completing helplines as necessary
- greeting and directing visitors
- providing callers with company information
- sorting and forwarding incoming mail
- maintaining and routing publications
- coordinating express mail services pick-up and delivery
- ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies
- performing clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
