Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of administrative or clerical experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks
  • professionalism and discretion
  • ability to work on a full-time schedule Monday through Friday
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalency
  • one year of administrative or clerical experience
  • knowledge of office procedure and clerical skills
  • ability to perform duties independently
  • ability to work effectively with staff, clients and the professional community
  • strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate associates
  • distributing mail
  • requisition of supplies
  • answering telephones and directing callers
  • completing helplines as necessary
  • greeting and directing visitors
  • providing callers with company information
  • sorting and forwarding incoming mail
  • maintaining and routing publications
  • coordinating express mail services pick-up and delivery
  • ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies
  • performing clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
