Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Availability for part-time work
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred

Job Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage multi-line switchboard calls efficiently
Handle scheduling and correspondence using Word, Excel, and Outlook
Maintain attention to detail in administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service
Support the Business Office Manager as needed
Maintain a positive and welcoming office environment
