Job Requirements
- Customer service experience of 2 years
- Fluent in English
- US work authorization
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate to San Antonio, TX 78233
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Good diction and voice quality

- Ability to manage multiple phone lines

Job Duties
- Answer inbound phone calls for two dealerships
- Transfer customers to the correct departments in a polite and professional manner
- Be prompt and patient with customers
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Support general reception duties as needed
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude
- Handle multiple calls efficiently
