Job Duties

  • Welcoming on-site guests, determine nature of business, and announce guest to appropriate personnel
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Schedule meetings, travel plans, and conference rooms for attorneys, clients, and vendors
  • Assist the legal teams with clerical duties including faxing, copying, and organizing and maintaining files
  • Ensure main voicemail reflects office closings, special events as well as posting office closed signs
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information requested
  • Receive and forward incoming faxes
  • Receive, sort, and distribute office mail
  • Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Support administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned
