Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
  • typing courses completed
  • prior experience as a receptionist desirable
  • familiarity with PC software preferred
  • successful completion of criminal background check
  • passed drug test
  • passed TB screening
  • passed health screening
  • willingness to sign an arbitration agreement
  • availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays with potential additional shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. including courses in typing
  • experience as a receptionist with public contact preferred
  • proficiency with PC and related software preferred
  • knowledge of telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication
  • ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing and calendaring
  • current first aid training for direct care staff

Job Duties

  • Receive visitors and answer phones
  • ascertain visitors' needs and contact the appropriate individual
  • perform clerical duties as assigned
  • manage correspondence and documents by typing and filing
  • maintain telephone etiquette and provide interpersonal communication support
  • assist with calendaring and scheduling tasks
  • support additional administrative projects as needed
