Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of college-level business courses preferred
  • Associate degree in business or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative or receptionist experience
  • One (1) year of experience with multi-line phone systems and hand-held radios
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with professional, customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong ability to build rapport with residents, visitors, and team members
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and work a flexible schedule as needed

Job Duties

  • Answer all phone calls promptly and connect callers to appropriate residents or staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors entering the community
  • Screen and verify all visitors to ensure community safety
  • Serve as liaison with parking attendants, staff, visitors, and Plant Operations
  • Act as liaison with the Fire and Police Departments and relevant internal departments during emergencies
  • Coordinate staff and security responses to elopement or personal emergency response (PERS) alarms
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, including certified and registered mail
  • Maintain the community's switchboard and communication log
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and resident satisfaction
