Job Qualifications

  • related experience preferred
  • able to meet and maintain state, county, and municipal security licensing requirements
  • certification in Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid

  • ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English

Job Duties

  • Act as a receptionist for client facility
  • control access through admittance process
  • assist visitors with legitimate entry needs
  • screen visitors and client employees efficiently
  • provide courteous, respectful, and pleasant interactions
  • communicate openly and responsively
  • provide authorized site and area information
  • perform administrative support including message taking and call transferring
  • accept mail and special deliveries
  • prepare logs and reports for site
  • inspect security control logs
  • observe and report incidents or suspicious activity
  • perform additional security functions as licensed
  • carry out similar tasks as assigned
