Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in security, front desk operations, or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • basic computer proficiency including email, visitor management systems, and MS Office
  • ability to stand or sit for extended periods and respond quickly in an emergency

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • manage visitor check-ins, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • provide directions, information, and support to guests
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
  • verify identification and enforce security protocols
  • conduct routine security checks of entryways, lobby areas, and surrounding premises
  • monitor security cameras and alarm systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
  • respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns following established procedures
  • maintain daily activity reports and incident logs
  • assist with scheduling, deliveries, and administrative tasks as needed
  • coordinate with the security team, building management, or emergency responders when necessary
  • follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards
