Job Requirements

- prior experience in security, front desk operations, or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- basic computer proficiency including email, visitor management systems, and MS Office
- ability to stand or sit for extended periods and respond quickly in an emergency

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- manage visitor check-ins, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs
- answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- provide directions, information, and support to guests
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- verify identification and enforce security protocols
- conduct routine security checks of entryways, lobby areas, and surrounding premises
- monitor security cameras and alarm systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
- respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns following established procedures
- maintain daily activity reports and incident logs
- assist with scheduling, deliveries, and administrative tasks as needed
- coordinate with the security team, building management, or emergency responders when necessary
- follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards
