Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security front desk operations or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency including email visitor management systems MS Office
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and respond quickly in an emergency

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors employees and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage visitor check-ins issue badges and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Answer and route phone calls emails and general inquiries
- Provide directions information and support to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor access to the facility ensuring that only authorized individuals enter
- Verify identification and enforce security protocols
- Conduct routine security checks of entryways lobby areas and surrounding premises
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to incidents emergencies or security concerns following established procedures
- Maintain daily activity reports and incident logs
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with the security team building management or emergency responders when necessary
- Follow company policies safety guidelines and confidentiality standards
