Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, front desk operations, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency including email, visitor management systems, and MS Office
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and respond quickly in an emergency

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage visitor check-ins, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Provide directions, information, and support to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Monitor access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter
  • Verify identification and enforce security protocols
  • Conduct routine security checks of entryways, lobby areas, and surrounding premises
  • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns following established procedures
  • Maintain daily activity reports and incident logs
  • Assist with scheduling, deliveries, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with the security team, building management, or emergency responders when necessary
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards
