Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist, hospitality, or retail preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- basic knowledge of security procedures is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises and control access to client sites
- patrol assigned areas to maintain security and order
- enforce site-specific regulations and directives
- provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees
- maintain visitor logs and security reports
- coordinate with other security personnel and client contacts
- respond promptly to incidents and escalate when necessary
