Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work
  • available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • reliable and punctual
  • clear background check
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills

  • willingness to undergo security training and certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • customer service driven mindset
  • basic knowledge of security procedures is a plus
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Monitor the premises and control access to client sites
  • patrol assigned areas to maintain security and order
  • enforce site-specific regulations and directives
  • provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees
  • maintain visitor logs and security reports
  • coordinate with other security personnel and client contacts
  • respond promptly to incidents and escalate when necessary
