Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in receptionist or office assistant roles preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Answer and direct phone calls with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support
- Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat and inviting
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
