Job Requirements

  • GED or equivalent
  • minimum two years prior reception or office assistant experience
  • high sense of customer satisfaction, hospitality and customer service
  • familiarity with Google applications
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and handle conflict resolution
  • time-management and detail-oriented
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • willingness to work in-office in downtown Boston
  • availability Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Qualifications

  • GED, advanced degree preferred
  • minimum two years prior reception/office assistant experience required
  • familiarity and knowledge of the Google environment
  • excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, prioritization skills
  • time-management skills and attention to detail
  • initiative, self-motivation and professional demeanor
  • discretion, judgment, tact and poise
  • proactive approach to tasks

Job Duties

  • Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally
  • answer calls, screen and direct them appropriately
  • troubleshoot and direct inquiries from the public and customers to appropriate departments
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
  • process incoming/outgoing mail and express shipping
  • maintain visitor log and coordinate building access
  • oversee conference room bookings using Kadence software
