Job Requirements
- GED or equivalent
- minimum two years prior reception or office assistant experience
- high sense of customer satisfaction, hospitality and customer service
- familiarity with Google applications
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and handle conflict resolution
- time-management and detail-oriented
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work in-office in downtown Boston
- availability Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- GED, advanced degree preferred
- minimum two years prior reception/office assistant experience required
- familiarity and knowledge of the Google environment
- excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, prioritization skills
- time-management skills and attention to detail
- initiative, self-motivation and professional demeanor
- discretion, judgment, tact and poise
- proactive approach to tasks
Job Duties
- Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally
- answer calls, screen and direct them appropriately
- troubleshoot and direct inquiries from the public and customers to appropriate departments
- monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- process incoming/outgoing mail and express shipping
- maintain visitor log and coordinate building access
- oversee conference room bookings using Kadence software
