Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a busy environment
- ability to lift 5-40 lbs and push wheelchairs as needed
- prolonged sitting with occasional walking and standing
- professional, dependable, and approachable
- compassionate and empathetic with strong customer service instincts
- adaptable and proactive in solving day-to-day challenges
Job Qualifications

- experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests, residents, and families as soon as they arrive
- direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- provide accurate information in person, by phone, or via email
- maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area
- ensure smooth front-desk operations and professional communication with staff and visitors
