Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior reception experience preferred
  • Experience with 10+ phone extensions
  • PC experience including Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment such as copiers, fax, and postage machines
  • Highly professional and courteous
  • Quick learner able to adjust to a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail
  • Reports to work regularly and timely
  • Promotes and observes safety and security procedures
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry at least 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly smile and enthusiasm
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Direct callers to the proper person or department
  • Perform additional administrative office duties as assigned
  • Use phone systems and office equipment proficiently
  • Promote and observe safety and security procedures
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, conduct, and manner
