Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and professional materials
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and calculate rate, ratio, and percentage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or to be obtained within three months of hire
- Completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire

- Ability to read and interpret business documents and professional materials
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and manuals
- Ability to present information and respond to inquiries
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to calculate rate, ratio, and percentage
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or to be obtained within three months of hire
- Completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire
Job Duties
- Perform patient check-in and complete necessary paperwork to ensure an efficient and compliant admitting process
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments following office guidelines
- Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, and collect co-pays and deductible amounts
- Copy and scan patient documents into the appropriate location in the electronic medical record
- Prepare patient charts for appointments, ensuring all information is complete
- Manage patient check-out duties, including pricing services, collecting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments
