Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to use telephone and paging systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and resident rights policies
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Welcomes visitors warmly and directs them appropriately
  • Answers incoming calls professionally and takes detailed messages
  • Maintains a clean and neat reception area
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
  • Supports clerical functions including typing, copying, and faxing
  • Organizes information packets for job applicants and new staff
  • Assists with resident admissions, discharges, and readmission paperwork
