Job Duties

  • greet and welcome patients visitors and vendors directing them to appropriate personnel
  • answer screen and transfer phone calls ensuring courteous and accurate communication
  • respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries providing information or redirecting as necessary
  • perform general clerical duties including filing copying and composing routine correspondence
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • operate office equipment such as copiers fax machines and computers
  • manage scheduling tasks including appointment setting and meeting coordination
  • monitor and maintain office supplies notifying personnel of replenishment needs
  • assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • comply with all policies and standards
