Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- successful completion of post-offer physical examination
- negative 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
- acceptable criminal background clearances
- excluded party sanctions clearance
- degree or license verification if applicable
- valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance if position requires driving
- compliance with additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- willingness to work with adults with disabilities
- CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- strong communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- operate the phone console
- perform routine personnel procedures
- provide direction to program visitors
- maintain professionalism and courtesy with clients and visitors
- manage scheduling and appointment coordination
- assist with reception area upkeep
- ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality policies
