Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • successful completion of post-offer physical examination
  • negative 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
  • acceptable criminal background clearances
  • excluded party sanctions clearance
  • degree or license verification if applicable
  • valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance if position requires driving
  • compliance with additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • willingness to work with adults with disabilities
  • CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • strong communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • operate the phone console
  • perform routine personnel procedures
  • provide direction to program visitors
  • maintain professionalism and courtesy with clients and visitors
  • manage scheduling and appointment coordination
  • assist with reception area upkeep
  • ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality policies
