Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use computer systems for data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours if required

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Responsible for checking in and out our customers
- Responsible for updating customer information
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains security and telecommunications system
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Collect postal mail and direct it to the appropriate staff member
- Responsible for cashing out customers that have purchased products and/or services
- Responsible for front desk closing reports
- Responsible for keeping the front desk clean and presentable
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities
- Assist in set up, break down and organizing company events
- Ensure that client information is up to date and in the system
- Other duties as assigned by management
