- One year of clerical or telephonic experience preferably in customer service
- Proficiency in English language speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and route telephone calls accurately

- Use electronic medical records system to enter patient demographics as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals
