Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of clerical or telephonic experience preferably in customer service
  • Proficiency in English language speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer and route telephone calls accurately
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties such as sorting mail and managing supplies
  • Maintain a professional and well-stocked workspace
  • Use electronic medical records system to enter patient demographics as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals
  • Support department targets for patient satisfaction and quality improvement
