  • 1+ years of experience in a professional business setting as a receptionist
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • authorized to work in the USA
  • ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, motor vehicle records, drug test, and valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient
  • warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership
  • assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance
  • keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
  • manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • provide administrative support to various departments as needed
