Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership
  • answer and route incoming phone calls with accuracy and courtesy
  • assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department

  • support administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and cashiering as needed
  • communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
