Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, prospects, vendors, and guests upon arrival
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to leasing and property management teams
  • Manage office tasks including scheduling and correspondence
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area
  • Assist with processing applications and leasing paperwork
  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining composure and accuracy
