Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of office experience
- prior experience working in an entertainment venue
- ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- excellent communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- represent live nation and leader bank pavilion to all venue visitors, including business partners and artists, in a professional manner
- adapt to the needs of diverse artists, audiences, and changing event schedules
- perform office duties such as answering and returning phone calls, greeting visitors and staff, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean office environment
- provide professional customer service by responding courteously to emails regarding guest complaints, questions, and comments about events
- maintain daily knowledge of show runs, set times, and scheduling changes
- file documents, log lost and found items, and handle mailings for various departments
- uphold venue policies by maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment and escalating concerns to management
