Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of office experience
  • prior experience working in an entertainment venue
  • ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience working in an entertainment venue
  • prior office experience
  • degree in music business or entertainment management a plus
  • great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines
  • strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

Job Duties

  • represent live nation and leader bank pavilion to all venue visitors, including business partners and artists, in a professional manner
  • adapt to the needs of diverse artists, audiences, and changing event schedules
  • perform office duties such as answering and returning phone calls, greeting visitors and staff, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean office environment
  • provide professional customer service by responding courteously to emails regarding guest complaints, questions, and comments about events
  • maintain daily knowledge of show runs, set times, and scheduling changes
  • file documents, log lost and found items, and handle mailings for various departments
  • uphold venue policies by maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment and escalating concerns to management
