Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • must be able to lift up to 15 lbs at times
  • prior wire and cable experience is a plus

  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Duties

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests
  • determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • checks accuracy of each order
  • answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
  • takes messages and schedules appointments
  • receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes the items
  • performs administrative and clerical support tasks
  • performs basic filing and record-keeping
  • performs other duties
  • regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job due to its in-person work requirement
