Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in a face paced lobby environment
- ability to prioritize demands
- strong emphasis on customer service both via phone and in person
- ability to provide a positive environment in the reception area
- experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to learn new programs and systems
- consistent timeliness and regular attendance
- ability to work full-time in-office
- ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, typing, and handling paper/files

Job Duties
- Welcome and log in visitors
- route incoming and inter-office calls
- locate office personnel
- maintain reception area
- provide professional customer service to LABO staff, vendors, and visitors
- assist Corporate Properties Staff with administrative duties such as maintaining logs and supporting work request activities
- manage sample pick up by vendors
- assist with mail room duties
- manage conference room calendars
- assist in special projects as assigned
