Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to sit for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • proficiency with desktop computing platforms (PC) and applications (MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams)
  • must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate degree or college coursework preferred
  • minimum of 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
  • experience working in a busy front desk setting preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • professional communication skills both in person and in writing
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • positive and problem-solving attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and check-in customers and guests
  • create and issue photo ID and access control badges for contractors and visitors
  • ensure building security
  • provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • assist with conference room scheduling
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • submit tickets for facility-related issues and building maintenance
  • keep updated building contact list for key personnel
  • update and maintain the Concierge Playbook
  • assist other onsite JLL roles with assignments
  • perform other duties as assigned
