Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to two years of experience in front office or administrative roles
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- customer service oriented with professional demeanor
- ability to handle confidential information sensitively
- strong organizational abilities
- capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work overtime including weekends as required
- regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Professionally greet all visitors and callers
- assist individuals directly or direct them to the appropriate person, division, or department
- sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and correspondence
- provide administrative support including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, filing, supplies control, and communications
- prepare daily paperwork, correspondence, memos, charts, spreadsheets, and reports as needed
- schedule and organize meetings, travel, and special events
- collaborate independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects
