Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to two years of experience in a front office or administrative position
- ability to handle and prioritize multiple competing tasks
- excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capability to operate office equipment such as facsimile and photocopy machine
- regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to occasionally work overtime including weekends
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Professionally greets all visitors and callers
- assists individuals directly or directs them to the appropriate person, division, or department
- sorts and distributes incoming mail
- prepares outgoing mail and correspondence
- provides administrative support including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, filing, and supplies control
- prepares daily paperwork and administrative assignments such as memos, charts, spreadsheets, and reports
- schedules and organizes meetings, travel, and special events
- makes travel arrangements and prepares/submits expense claims
- works independently and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects
