- previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- provide accurate information about the hospital and its services
- assist patients with registration and check-in procedures
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- perform other administrative duties as assigned
- support the Admissions Department by coordinating patient intake, insurance verification, and communication with referral sources
