Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously
  • provide accurate information about the hospital and its services
  • assist patients with registration and check-in procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • support the Admissions Department by coordinating patient intake, insurance verification, and communication with referral sources
