Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with phone systems and basic office software
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and detail-oriented
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • professionalism and positive attitude
  • understanding of home care or healthcare settings is beneficial but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient with phones, computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
  • understanding of home care or healthcare settings is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and caregivers in a warm, professional manner
  • answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information
  • assist with scheduling and managing the daily calendar/dashboard tasks
  • maintain organized front desk systems, filing, and administrative records
  • respond to client and caregiver inquiries with excellent customer service
  • uphold confidentiality and follow home care policies and procedures
