Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with phone systems and basic office software
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- dependable and detail-oriented
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- professionalism and positive attitude
- understanding of home care or healthcare settings is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and caregivers in a warm, professional manner
- answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information
- assist with scheduling and managing the daily calendar/dashboard tasks
- maintain organized front desk systems, filing, and administrative records
- respond to client and caregiver inquiries with excellent customer service
- uphold confidentiality and follow home care policies and procedures
