Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • One year of clerical support or telephonic experience preferably in customer service or call center environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, physicians, and coworkers
  • Professional conduct and positive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency including office equipment operation and troubleshooting

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • One year of clerical support or telephonic experience preferably in customer service or a call center
  • Proficiency in English communication including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Competency in using electronic medical record systems and office technology
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls appropriately
  • Address visitor questions and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties including sorting and distributing mail
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked reception area
  • Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to hospital I CARE values and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and actively participate in team communication and reporting
