Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years direct receptionist experience
- prior experience in a professional office environment preferred
- ability to operate office equipment
- basic computer skills in Word and PowerPoint
- ability to perform routine functions of office equipment and systems
- excellent customer service
- professional attitude and appearance
- ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years direct experience as a receptionist
- some prior experience in a professional office environment preferred
- basic computer skills including Word and PowerPoint
- ability to use various office equipment including photocopy machines, fax machines, scanners, and PBX systems
- excellent customer service skills

- ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- act as first point of contact for outside visitors and vendors
- greet vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors
- arrange transportation services when needed
- operate switchboard to route incoming and outgoing calls
- sign for incoming and outgoing packages and route to appropriate party
- use internal paging system
- call for car service or messenger as requested
- perform filing, typing, and other administrative duties
- assist various departments with mass mailings
- receive and route faxes
- schedule conference rooms and order catering based on client requests
- learn and operate new office equipment and technologies
- prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing
