Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer use

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience reflective of the Hyundai of Kirkland brand
- Answer and efficiently direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, service customers, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism
- Support customers with appointment scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive dealership experience
- Accurately process customer payments and transactions, including cash, credit, and service invoices, following dealership policies
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer or business information
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer satisfaction
