Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Previous reception, call-center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous automotive experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience reflective of the Hyundai of Kirkland brand
  • Answer and efficiently direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Greet and assist showroom visitors, service customers, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism
  • Support customers with appointment scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive dealership experience
  • Accurately process customer payments and transactions, including cash, credit, and service invoices, following dealership policies
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer or business information
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer satisfaction
