Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • valid Connecticut driver’s license
  • regular and predictable attendance
  • ability to attend mandatory two-day new hire orientation
  • flexible availability for per diem scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in receptionist or administrative support roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Courteously greeting staff and visitors to the corporate office
  • answering and directing telephone calls
  • filing, maintaining, and ordering office equipment and supplies
  • word processing and distribution of correspondence
  • copying, scanning, faxing office documents
  • distributing mail
  • maintaining meeting room, training room, and conference room calendars
