Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
  • bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • professional attitude and appearance
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers

Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • transfers callers to associate’s voice mailbox when unavailable
  • assists HR with clerical duties including payroll, attendance, reporting, and employee events
  • greets and directs visitors to the company
  • takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • provides callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
  • receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • maintains and routes publications
  • coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and trucks
  • assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • performs clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
  • promotes and adheres to food safety and quality standards
  • documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs among work teams
  • maintains a safe and clean working environment
  • contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
