Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- customer service orientation
- ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
- availability to work onsite at Beverly, Newton, or Braintree, MA during scheduled hours
- reliability and strong work ethic

- receptionist experience 0-1 year preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook

Job Duties
- perform general clerical and reception responsibilities
- receive and triage all incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate staff
- receive and greet visitors following sign-in procedures
- act as a liaison between the public and the organization
- manage multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization of daily duties
- maintain professionalism and compassion in all patient and staff interactions
- collaborate effectively with all levels of staff across the organization
