Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
  • availability to work onsite at Beverly, Newton, or Braintree, MA during scheduled hours
  • reliability and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • receptionist experience 0-1 year preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • demonstrated multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • ability to remain calm and de-escalate calls under pressure
  • reliable and responsible work ethic
  • ability to collaborate with diverse team members

Job Duties

  • perform general clerical and reception responsibilities
  • receive and triage all incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate staff
  • receive and greet visitors following sign-in procedures
  • act as a liaison between the public and the organization
  • manage multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization of daily duties
  • maintain professionalism and compassion in all patient and staff interactions
  • collaborate effectively with all levels of staff across the organization
