Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • receptionist experience 0-1 year preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate calls
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • demonstrated multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills
  • responsible, reliable, and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • perform general clerical and reception responsibilities
  • receive and triage all incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate staff
  • receive and greet visitors following sign-in procedures
  • act as a liaison between the public and the organization
  • support patients, families, and staff with professionalism and compassion
  • manage multi-tasking and prioritization of daily tasks
  • maintain effective communication with all levels of staff across the organization
